Return Policy

DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS

When you receive your parcel, please check it as soon as possible and if there are any issues please email us at get Tuscan Painters with your order number and photos of the product.

In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods and require a refund, please contact us with your claim and we will endeavour to either replace the product(s) or provide you with a refund. Claims must be received within seven days of receipt of goods.

REFUNDS

We only provide refunds for faulty products.

​We do not refund for change of mind purchases. At our discretion, we will provide a credit via Tuscan Painters
loyalty points if the product is returned unopened with proof of purchase.
